Putting visions into words
HR and organizational consulting services are a dime a dozen. All the more important to use the company name to clearly communicate the primary aspects.
As early as 2014, we develop “Wertfreunde” (literally translating to "friends of value"), a name for strategic personnel development with a focus on corporate values. True to the motto “Develop values — lead through change”, for over 10 years the company has been showing that theory and practice, companies and people must be in sync. And "leading through change" quickly becomes an internal objective, too: in 2024, Wertfreunde GmbH splits up. A second company name is needed.
An inspiring name for strategy, structure and culture
So what is the focus of this new company? A holistic approach that goes beyond finding value. “Understanding. Desire. Ability.“ All this in regard to corporate strategy, structure and culture, coming together as a whole to be visible to employees at all levels.
Similarly, the name should shape the future, identify opportunities, and reveal connections. Ideally in German, with a directly recognizable message and a favorable tonality.
With “LEYTBILD” (a modified version of the German word "Leitbild" = guiding principle) we are achieving just that: a brand name with strong character that radiates expertise on the one hand and draws a common thread through the vision, mission and values of customers on the other. A name development that meets the linguistic “value” requirements and shifts the focus along the way.
